PG13 Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit

Obtained through gene modification of expression vector and gibbon leukemia virus (GALV) membrane protein. PG13 cells, as a packaging cell, are currently mainly used in the development of cell products such as CAR-T/TCR-T cells. Usually, PG13 cells are used to package retroviruses, produce retroviral vectors, and infect T lymphocytes of patients to make cell preparations for gene therapy and cell therapy. 

This kit is equipped with PG13 DNA quantification reference material, which can quickly and accurately quantify PG13 residual DNA in intermediate, semi-finished, and finished products of various biological products. The detection range of the reagent kit is 300 pg/µ L-0.003 pg/µ L. This kit can be used in conjunction with the Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Pre processing Kit and the Fully Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument.
