The E1A&SV40LTA residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit independently developed by BioDomi GmbH uses multiplex fluorescence quantitative PCR to quantitatively detect the DNA residues of E1A and SV40LTA in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products. This kit is used in conjunction with the Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit to accurately determine the trace amounts of E1A and SV40LTA DNA remaining in the sample.
