E.coli total Residual RNA (qPCR) Detection Kit

DNA products represented by plasmids/Minicircle DNA can be used as one of the main components of DNA vaccine products, as well as important raw materials for viral or DNA vector gene therapy, and viral or non viral vector cell immunotherapy. The RNA residue of these DNA products may affect their biological activity (such as interfering with plasmid transfection and expression efficiency) or pose risks (such as exogenous RNA activating the cell interferon pathway and triggering immune responses), therefore, it is necessary to establish a quantitative detection method for RNA residue of DNA products. 

This reagent kit is equipped with E.coli RNA quantification reference materials, which can quickly and accurately quantify the residual amount of E.coli (DH5 α, BL21, etc.) host cell RNA in intermediate, semi-finished, and finished products of various biological products.
