CHO Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit

CHO cells, as one of the commonly used tool cells, have a wide range of applications in the biopharmaceutical industry. However, residual host cell DNA entering the human body through biological products poses uncontrollable risk factors. Therefore, regulatory agencies such as WHO, FDA, and China's NMPA have strict limit requirements for the residual amount of host cell DNA to ensure that its nucleic acid residue is within a safe and controllable range. The CHO residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit independently developed by BioDomi GmbH has strong specificity and high sensitivity. It uses qPCR method to quantitatively detect the DNA residue of CHO cells in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products in biological products.
