E1A DNA Residue (qPCR) Detection Kit

The FDA reminds that when using HEK293T cells to produce viral vectors, in addition to detecting the SV40 LTA antigen sequence, residual adenovirus E1A sequence should also be detected. The "Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Research and Evaluation of In vivo Gene Therapy Products" issued by CDE in May 2022 also mentioned that if HEK293T cells are used for virus vector production, SV40 large T antigen DNA residue and E1A gene DNA residue detection must be carried out. 

The E1A residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit independently developed by BioDomi GmbH can be used as a specialized kit for quantitatively detecting the amount of E1A residual DNA in host cells such as HEK293 and 293T cells in biological products. It has strong specificity and high sensitivity, and can quickly and specifically detect E1A DNA residues in semi-finished, intermediate, and finished products. This kit is used in conjunction with the Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit to accurately determine the trace amount of E1A DNA remaining in the sample.
