The gentamicin is extracted from the fermentation medium of the genus Monosporinidae. It is an alkaline compound. It is a commonly used amino glycoside antibiotic and is widely used in culture medium preparation. Gentamicin quantitative detection kit developed by BioDomi GmbH adopts indirect competitive ELISA method, and the absorption value is negatively correlated with the content of Gentamicin in the sample. This kit only takes about an hour to operate, with a linear range of 0.1ng/mL-10ng/mL.
